When are cards charged for orders?

Cards are charged as soon as you complete your survey. The Backerkit will be closed down on August 10th, but cards are charged immediately. All orders are final as of August 10th and no further refunds will be offered or available.

What is your returns/refunds policy?

We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item was damaged and unusable on delivery, backers must provide photographic evidence of the damage within five days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Refunds will then be granted upon return only, which must be completed within 21 days of contact.

Exceptions: If we ship to a PO Box address we accept no liability for damage or lost items, if you provide us with a PO box address, we will ship via a standard post office courier, with no insurance or tracking and it will be sent at your own risk. For PO Box addresses we will never provide a refund, accept a return or offer a replacement under any circumstances.

What size are the physical dakimakuras?

The dakimakuras are 150cm in length and around 50cm in width. Room inside for a suitable dakimakura style inner pillow.

Do you sell Dakimakura Pillows?

We no longer offer this item, as they are too costly for us to order them and then ship them to you. There are many online shops that sell dakimakura pillows now, that ship to worldwide and we suggest using those.

What is a 3D Oppai Dakimakura?

A 3D Dakimakura is designed so that one side has a an additional component, where the characters bust is augmented with additional padding to make the breasts or ‘Oppai’ appear more 3D. The 3D Dakimakuras are otherwise the same size as regular ones and fit the same standard daki pillows.

Can I get a Refund?

If you pre-order items via backerkit, you can request a refund up until August 10th 2017. After that time all orders are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. - This is because manufacture of items will have begun based on the total orders we received, this was a cost-price campaign and pre-order so we cannot allow refunds as they will cause us to lose money in creating the goods. Kickstarter backers cannot request a refund as the refund period has now ended.

What is the difference between a 2D and 3D dakimakura?

In this campaign the 2D and 3D dakimakura’s have different designs. Also the 3D dakimakuras, have a 3D section on the front for the characters bust, the dakimakuras are often called 3D Oppai Dakimakuras for that reason. Last updated: Tue, May 2 2017 4:30 am EDT

Can I order a second copy of the card game?

You can order extra copies of the game after the campaign ends. We will be utilising backerkit which will allow backers to include more add-ons and items to their standard kickstarter rewards. Backerkit offers a much more robust system for add-ons that would be possible with kickstarter and will also avoid confusion or mistakes in the orders. Last updated: Tue, May 2 2017 4:30 am EDT

What items will be available on backerkit?

The full range of items is still being finalised and will be announced at the campaigns conclusion, however there will be items such as; Posters, Tshirts, Card Expansion Sets, Extra copies of the Games, Dakimakuras, Mousepads and Keyrings, and possibly more besides. Current Estimated Shipping Date: December 2018

Items will be shipped in three stages. Core game and items will be shipped end of 2017. Expansion 1 items will be shipped by Q2 2018 and Expansion 2 items will be shipped by end of 2018.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
